The space required extensive surveying and demolition / relocation plans in order to optimize the space plan, programmatic needs and budgetary goals of the client and design team. Included were private offices, conference room, lounge/waiting area, break room, new restrooms, relocated kitchenette, relocated bank vault, teller areas, cash counting room, ATM machine room, SDB counter area, electronic banking area and IDF room.
