AlfaTech provided mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection engineering services for this cold shell space. The project included private offices, conference room, open lounge/waiting area, break room, new restrooms, janitors' closet, relocated bank vault, teller areas, cash counting room, ATM machine room, electronic banking area and an IDF room with supplemental cooling/exhaust fan, The scope included new air distribution, additional supplemental cooling units and LED lighting.
