The design supports a dynamic casino floor alongside three restaurants, a food court, VIP lounges, and versatile multi-purpose rooms. The project includes robust support spaces for employees and operations, plus extensive parking infrastructure featuring a 1,500+ stall multi-level garage and additional surface parking. A key element of the master plan is a proposed 200-key, approximately 150,000 SF high- rise hotel tower, potentially integrated atop the casino to offer a full resort experience.
