AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the comprehensive renovation and expansion of Viejas Casino & Resort’s 50,000 SF of interior casino space in Alpine, California. Our team expertly transformed the gaming floor and support areas into a vibrant mix of venues including an ultra lounge, multiple dining concepts such as a steakhouse, Asian restaurant, and grab-and-go cafés. In addition to interior upgrades, AlfaTech supported the design of exterior covered dining patios and collaborated on the architectural development of a new parking structure’s façade. A key feature was the engineering of a connecting pedestrian pathway and/or bridge from the parking structure to the casino, improving guest access and convenience. Throughout the project, we integrated advanced MEP and fire protection systems to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and guest comfort, reinforcing Viejas’ position as a premi er destination in the Southern California hospitality market.
