Provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the for the award-winning Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, California. The 584,000 SF high-rise resort features 310 guest accommodations and a 150,000SF gaming floor, with a major 65,000 SF expansion completed in 2020. The team engineered upgrades to a sophisticated 8.4 MW cogeneration facility and expanded chiller capacity to 3,300 tons, enhancing energy resilience and sustainability. We supported the high-limit lounge expansion, new lounge and restaurant interiors, event ballroom, and valet parking structure with full MEP integration. The holistic engineering solutions delivered high-performance systems tailored to a growing guest and gaming footprint, reinforcing Morongo’s status as a AAA Four -Diamond destination. The resort continues to evolve with an incoming dual-branded 200-room hotel scheduled for early 2026.
