Provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, a landmark integrated resort supporting approximately 1,000 guestrooms — including innovative swim-up suites — and a sprawling 18 acre water park featuring waterfalls, a lazy river, and multiple pools. The project encompassed flexible meeting spaces, two multi level parking garages, private villas, and a centralized energy plant designed to optimize efficiency and reliability. MEP systems also included a 42,000 SF Rock Spa & Salon and an indoor retail promenade, as well as exclusive private day and night clubs, ensuring seamless integration of complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems within a vibrant resort environment. The focus on energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational resilience was critical to delivering a world-class hospitality experience that aligns with Hard Rock’s iconic brand and the Seminole Tribe’s commitment to excellence.
