Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the Phase II expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center, a 1.444 million SF project that fundamentally transformed the 4.6 million SF LVCC campus. Our team designed scalable HVAC systems to deliver optimal comfort across a 600,000 SF exhibit hall and 153,000 SF of breakout space, all within a high-ceiling, column-free environment. We engineered lighting, electrical distribution, and chilled-water infrastructure to support the intensive demands of large trade shows, while integrated fire protection systems met strict safety standards. With the addition of a sweeping 150-foot atrium, expansive pre function concourses, outdoor terraces, and food courts, our solutions emphasized flexibility, sustainability, and user experience. The design facilitated uninterrupted operations during construction and delivered a modern, cohesive campus ready to accommodate future expansions and the world’s most prestigious exhibitions.
