Provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for World Market Center – Building B, a 1.6 million SF, 16-story mixed-use tradeshow and event center in downtown Las Vegas, completed in 2007. Our engineering design supported the expansive 144,300 SF exhibit hall, the 12,200 SF glass-fronted Grand Atrium, and the 9,799 SF WorldView banquet space with adjacent terrace on the 16th floor. These venues required MEP systems designed for variable occupancy, flexible configurations, and visual transparency. Engineering solutions included high-capacity HVAC, chilled-water and lighting systems tailored for event conditions; robust electrical infrastructure for large-scale exhibits; and seamless integration of fire protection, security services, and utility coordination. Our holistic approach delivered optimal environmental control, operational reliability, and design flexibility — key to supporting the diverse hosted markets and trade events for which World Market Center is globally known.
