AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the 1,762 SF renovation of the Green Room at Sherwood Country Club. The scope focused on upgrading building systems to support a reconfigured layout, including a new pantry and bar area, while preserving the integrity of the existing infrastructure. MEP design was carefully integrated into the existing building systems to minimize disruption and cost. The HVAC scope supported revised zoning and modern controls, coordinated to tie into the existing building management system. Electrical design included new power distribution and LED lighting with updated controls and emergency lighting, all leveraging the existing electrical capacity. Plumbing work introduced new domestic water and waste connections for the pantry, while avoiding unnecessary system overhauls. Specialty considerations included coordination for security and low-voltage systems, Title 24 compliance, and performance based fire alarm and sprinkler design. AlfaTech’s approach emphasized thoughtful integration and efficient system design to support the architectural vision for this exclusive hospitality environment.
