AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design services for the new two-story, 15,900-square-foot Operations Center at Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club. Our work covered all major building systems, including heating and cooling with automated building controls, plumbing for water, drainage, and gas, and electrical systems for lighting, power, and utility connections. We partnered with the lighting consultant to integrate advanced, color-changing lighting features with customized controls and coordinated them with the club’s audio -visual systems. Our design also addressed fire sprinklers and alarms, as well as layouts for technology and security systems, including voice, data, broadband, and AV connections. As part of our deliverables, we prepared a comprehensive Basis of Design Basis of Design with performance specifications, schematic diagrams for HVAC and electrical systems, and equipment layouts for HVAC and plumbing.
