Key outcomes involved identifying code compliance gaps, uncovering system deficiencies, and delivering actionable recommendations for necessary corrective measures.

Olympic Club, Business Center Size: 2,000 SF

AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the Olympic Club Business Center. The 2,000 SF business center and expanded retail space serves members and guests of the club. Services included tenant improvements of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems.

Olympic Club: Clubhouse

AlfaTech provided MEP assessment and conceptual design services for the Olympic Club’s clubhouse renovation project. The city clubhouse hosts private events, business seminars, and weddings throughout its eight different meeting spaces.

AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services to the Olympic Club’s group fitness center. The Olympic Club project aims to provide fitness and nutritional support to group participants and members. The 9,400 SF fitness center received HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and sprinkler tenant improvements on floors 4, 5 & 6.
