AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety engineering design services for the renovation and expansion of the Olympic Club’s historic Lakeside Clubhouse, a four -story, 30,000 SF athletic and private social facility. The project included a 1,750 SF addition and the installation of a new service elevator to enhance accessibility and member experience. Separately, a 4,920 SF tennis clubhouse and a 4,890 SF terrace were constructed to support tennis activities and outdoor functions, designed to complement the existing architecture. AlfaTech’s scope encompassed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and building management systems, integrating modern infrastructure with preservation of the clubhouse’s historic character. The upgrades improved system performance, code compliance, and operational efficiency, supporting the club’s continued use for athletic, social, and event purposes.
