The newly named Weingart Willows in Los Angeles, CA, calls for renovating the existing 53-unit, 2-building structure hotel for conversion into homeless housing. Services included converting the pool area into outdoor community spaces and dining areas, replace existing PTAC units, installing makeup air vents, replacing water heater, rerouting electricals, and reconfiguring offices.
