AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for the revitalization of the Visa University, on the 12th floor of the M1 building in Foster City, spanning approximately 23,983 square feet. Project included versatile classrooms featuring adaptable, movable walls, complemented by spacious storage areas and mobile furniture that effortlessly accommodate gatherings of various scales. A well-conceived design also embraces the creation of informal and formal collaboration zones, an inviting eating area graced with booths, breakout rooms, open workstations, conference rooms, cozy break areas, private phone rooms, a relaxing lounge space, a well-appointed pantry, an ADA-compliant restroom, a dedicated Wellness area, and a strategically positioned IDF room to facilitate seamless operations.
