AlfaTech is providing mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for the tenant improvement of the 3rd and 4th floor at 888 Brannan in San Francisco, CA. The scope includes approximately 10,000 SF of renovations on the 4th floor for the development of a pilot of gathering spaces. Also included in the scope are five (5) small scope areas on the 3rd floor which includes renovation of the ADA doors access at the entry, a new Concierge desk area, a furniture reconfiguration at the Art Department area, the relocation of the Air Support area, and the conversion of a Cave and Copy room into a Person Care room. Low voltage and audiovisual services. Programming for this space included the following rooms and areas: The 10,000 SF project includes a personal care room, gathering spaces, small and large breakout rooms, private dining areas, green room, catering room, and a theatre.
