AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for for tenant improvements on levels 3 and 4 approximately 58,000 SF. Project included reception area, break room, open plan workspace, conference and huddle rooms, phone rooms, collaborative areas and support spaces. The space is a conversion of an existing spec suite and the addition of cooling for the IDF room. Scope of work includes: power revisions for new furniture layout, incorporation of added rough-ins for AV and low voltage systems, supplemental cooling for the IDF room, revised lighting plans based on architectural/lighting consultant layouts, title 24 calculations for the floor and control requirements, modifications to existing HVAC design to incorporate new ceilings.
