AlfaTech provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the replacement of the HVAC equipment along with a new control system for the 130,000 SF, 2-story ServiceNow building at 2251 Lawson Lane. Scope included demo of roof-top VAV package units, boiler, recirculating pumps, expansion tanks and installation of new rooftop VAV package units reconnecting to existing duct work on the roof, installation of new boiler, pumps and reconnection to heating hot water piping, new power connections and condensate lines to the unit.
