Provided complete MEP and fire protection engineering for the 4,800 SF renovation of the Chingon Kitchen at San Manuel Casino in Highland, California. The project included both the transformation of the existing 3,200 SF kitchen and a 1,600 SF addition to support front-of-house service and a fast-casual dining concept anchored by George Lopez’s brand. Our team engineered dedicated HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems to support high-volume operations, including specialized bar installations and beverage refrigeration. The design supports a vibrant tequila lounge featuring rare spirits, an open kitchen with wood-fired cooking equipment, and an interior layout complete with decorative finishes and entertainment zones.
