High-Rise, Due Diligence, Tenant Improvement 1,500,000 SF

Provided due diligence and played a key role in MEP and fire protection design for the major renovation and tenant improvement of the former Sahara Hotel & Casino, now SLS Las Vegas, a transformative high-rise resort enveloping approximately 1.5 million square feet. We thoroughly assessed the existing Central Utility Plant and hotel infrastructure to inform design strategy. Our team supported the expansion that added a 12,000 SF casino lounge and pool deck area, while helping optimize building systems across the 85,000 SF gaming footprint and 1,622 guestrooms. Provided engineering for new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems integrated into the ultra pool, lounge, spa, and entertainment venues.
