Provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the Desert Diamond West Valley Casino, a 75,000 SF new construction gaming facility located on 54 acres of Tohono O’odham Nation reservation land in Glendale, Arizona . Utilizing an integrated design approach, our team collaborated with the client and design partners to set ambitious performance goals focusing on energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable material use. The project includes a spacious casino floor with diverse gaming options and five distinct dining venues that enhance the guest experience. The MEP design incorporated advanced building envelope strategies, efficient HVAC systems, and water-saving technologies to reduce operational costs and environmental impact. This project exemplifies a commitment to sustainable engineering solutions tailored for tribal and hospitality developments, delivering reliable and efficient infrastructure for long-term success.
