Provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for this landmark 19-story, 1,000-room integrated resort. Our team engineered highly efficient MEP systems tailored to support the resort’s complex demands— including a 100,000 SF meeting and convention center, expansive casino floor, multiple restaurants, entertainment venues, and resort-style pools. Given the remote location, we conducted extensive power system studies and implemented robust backup solutions to maintain reliability without exceeding budget constraints. Sustainability was a priority throughout, with energy-saving strategies such as optimized building envelope design, LED lighting with advanced controls, and high-efficiency HVAC equipment incorporating variable frequency drives and economizers. Integration of a sophisticated building automation system ensured operational efficiency and resulted in a 15% improvement over baseline energy models.
