Master Planning, High-Rise 250,000 SF

MEP design services for comprehensive multi-phase master planning and MEP design expansion spanning 250,000 SF. This ambitious project added a four-diamond rated 250-room hotel tower, complemented by a 50,000-square-foot casino expansion featuring 600 electronic gaming machines, significantly enhancing the gaming experience. The resort also boasts a 37,000 SF meeting and convention space equipped for large-scale events, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment venues including a four-diamond rated upscale restaurant, a 24-hour café, a 50-seat casino bar, a cigar bar, a sports bar, and a lobby bar/lounge. Sustainable design elements were integrated throughout the project, incorporating energy-efficient MEP systems, advanced lighting controls, and water-saving plumbing fixtures to reduce environmental impact while maintaining luxury standards. These features support the resort’s commitment to sustainability and cultural respect, blending modern amenities with eco-conscious operations to create a premier destination that honors the heritage of the Kalispel Tribe while pushing toward greener hospitality practices.
