Tenant Improvement, High-Rise 568,500 SF

This project was for the full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for this complex 568,500 SF high-rise tenant improvement project. Our work supported the integration of high-performance MEP systems throughout the 400-room hotel tower and the expansive 136,000 SF casino floor, which includes specialized spaces such as a lounge/showroom and upscale dining venues. The 1,200-seat event center and 12,000 SF meeting and convention space required advanced HVAC and electrical solutions to ensure comfort, flexibility, and technical readiness for large gatherings. The design also supported a robust fitness center and a 3,000-car parking garage, addressing both guest amenities and operational efficiency. Sustainable design was embedded across systems with energy-efficient HVAC equipment, LED lighting, water conservation fixtures, and smart controls, improving building performance and guest experience.
