Provided full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for this high-rise resort that ranks among the tallest and largest buildings in Mississippi. The team engineered sophisticated MEP systems to serve 1,740 guest rooms — including 95 luxury suites each equipped with individualized climate controls — and a sprawling 300,000 SF convention center. The 85,000 SF casino floor and twelve retail venues required precise coordination of electrical and HVAC systems to support high occupant loads and diverse operational needs. The design also encompassed seven restaurants, multiple lounges, a full-service spa and salon, an outdoor pool, and a six-level parking structure. The engineering team prioritized energy efficiency and occupant comfort by incorporating advanced HVAC controls, lighting systems, and plumbing solutions tailored to this complex hospitality environment. This project’s success reflects our expertise in delivering scalable, sustainable engineering solutions for large- scale resort and casino developments, contributing to Beau Rivage’s recognition as the largest AAA Four Diamond-rated resort in the Southeast.
